Dance culture has a tendency to be exclusive. But why? Everyone can dance, and everyone can learn to dance - we just need to know how our bodies are meant to move and what they are capable of doing! Dance is an art form whose pedagogy is passed down from teacher to teacher. As studies of biomechanics and kinesiology evolve, so should the approach to teaching dance. We know that not every “body” looks, moves or is built the same. With new developments in science, we can now teach dance with a more biomechanically safe method that allows the art form to be more accessible to all bodies. Not only will this allow accessibility to all dancers but also provides longevity to dancers.

Having spent a lifetime on the stage in many roles, many capacities, I have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to all facets of performing; be it theater, television, film. While not subscribing to one particular "method", I stress "reacting, not acting", and believability of performance. All ages and experience levels have benefited from my approach. Whether a student is an aspiring actor, or a working actor sharpening their skills or prepping for an audition, I provide a solid foundation and practical knowledge and guidance.
About Glenn
I have been active in the entertainment industry since the age of 12, when I gave my first professional performance. Prior to that I was already being introduced to music with years of guitar, and then vocal instruction. I do not remember a time of my life when I was not singing somewhere; in the h

Learn good breath control and resonance to strengthen your speaking voice using vocal warm-ups, posture and speaking exercises.
We will look at your speaking voice in terms of pitch, timbre, volume, pacing, register and prosody. Using a talk that you are practicing, readings or improvising real life situations, you will have lots of practice.
I recommend adults take from 45 minutes to 1 hour lessons weekly for skill building. The price of lessons DECREASES by 10% after each 5 lesson purchased for the first 15 lessons.
About Julia
I have a Master’s in Opera Performance from the Boston and New England Conservatories as well as graduating from Vocal Performance programs at Boston University and Western Washington University. I have sung professionally with Boston Lyric Opera, Children’s Theater Companies, churches and synagogu

Directors, flymen, producers, actors, and even box office staff – there are so many options available to those who have a passion for the performing arts industry. All careers in acting for stage are linked by one thing: a shared love and appreciation for creating live theater. Because of the associated pressures, and long and surprisingly unsociable hours related to the industry, many people who maintain careers in acting do so because they love what they do.
