I have been teaching acting since 2013 and use a combination of tools and techniques from many of the well known acting theories. Through exploration, you will learn how to use the "acting fundamentals" (given circumstances, personalization, actions/tactics) to discover an honest connection to the script.

I was originally trained in ballet and I have since then trained in ballet pointe, jazz, tap, contemporary, and hip hop. I’m also a BFA Musical Theatre Major where I have continued to train in all areas of dance. I’m also a dance teacher at a company called Show on the Road. And I’d love to expand my knowledge and experience with more students.

Certified with the Royal Academy of Dance London and taught by the biggest and most acknowledged ballet dancers of our time, I have acquired a specific set of techniques in ballet. I have been dancing for 21 years. I have traveled all over the world dancing, appeared in hundreds of productions, and taken master classes with those in lineage of the creators of ballet. My techniques I teach are classic and the most beneficial to a dancers career.

Tap is a fun style of dance that combines percussive footwork and rhythmic choreography for a great workout. My tap lessons include a warm up, technical training, across the floor, choreography, and improvisation. We begin with the basics while focusing on correct technique to build a solid foundation and style. From there we continue to build skills by adding more advanced patterns, intricate footwork, challenging techniques, and choreography. From classical roots to more contemporary adaptations, tap offers exciting dance training to people of every age and skill level.
