She was amazing! Had a great lesson planned and made me feel comfortable. It was an online lesson and I was apprehensive, but she was very personable and found a way to calm my nerves. She taught me some fundamentals and I am looking forward to our next lesson! Thank you Cyndi!

Experienced teacher of 7 years specialized in beginner, intermediate and advanced dance training. Dance lessons with me would be impactful. With the gift of dancing that I exhibits not only with performing but also to inspire others to pursue their dreams is what I hopes my students gain from each lesson. I continue to inspire the youth to go after their dreams no matter what occupation it may be. A quote that I advocate wholeheartedly is “To never get discouraged but encourage others to find something that they are passionate about and go for it”.

I'm passionate about the arts and love to teach! I have over 18 years of performing arts experience, and 6 years of teaching experience (K-8th grade music, as well as dance and musical theatre camps for kids in my community). I received my Bachelor's degree in 2013, studying Theatre, Music, and Art.

What makes acting lessons with me unique is that I have a background in music and dance as well--as musical theatre is my specialty. As a teacher, I will tailor my lessons around you, at your own pace, and will do my best to meet your individual needs as a student and performer. After learning what your goals are, I will provide a variety of material for you to prepare and perform. Together, you will do in-depth analysis of the scenes, breaking down every beat and discovering acting tactics, or character objectives. I also offer an Audition Prep course!

About Clarissa

Hey there! I'm passionate about the arts and I think you'll really enjoy taking lessons! I have over 18 years of performing experience and 6 years of teaching experience. I loved the opportunity I had to teach music part-time for 4 years at a K-8th grade school in Montana, which involved directing

Norwood is extremely humble and easy to work with. He never made me feel like I wasn’t good enough but always made me feel like I could reach a higher level of excellence for my unique range. He embraces each voice as its own and meets the student where they are at. He is extremely knowledgeable on how sounds are created, how space is made in the voice, and he is able to communicate that knowledge effectively to the student. In short, I loved having Norwood as a teacher.

My 10-year-old son Lucky started taking lessons with Norwood a few months ago, and it’s like a star has been born! He has seen a big boost in his confidence, his pitch has gotten much better, and he really enjoys the lessons. He has even started performing! The changes have happened very fast.

Norwood is an excellent teacher! He is very knowledgeable and is very kind. I was always very shy to sing, but Norwood helped me overcome that!

Jessica immediately made me feel at ease - she was very clear and precise in explaining the basic steps and my confidence was restored! Her class is challenging yet a lot of fun! "Fawn was fantastic. She'd go the extra mile in sending me breathing exercise videos outside of our 1 hour lesson (so as to not impede with our lesson time, she took the time out of her day) for me practice. She's great at making me feel comfortable doing what i'd call "silly" or "embarrassing" exercises that actually make a huge difference and are beneficial. She's the best."
