I'm a loving and caring RYT 500 Yoga Instructor and Massage Spa Owner and Licensed Therapist trained by NSEW and instructing at Tranquility Community Health, and the Bergey Spine Institute for Orthopedic Spine Surgery as a rehabilitation yoga instructor. I grew up a professional child actor, model, and television singer within SAG. I first started teaching yoga as part of the curriculum when I was a sports coach for Amazing Athletes. After I achieved my BA in Psychology, I started working on my current program, Dr. Edd; after I had achieved my Masters of Education becoming a high school drama teacher, while being a professional guitar instructor and vocal coach through Musika, teaching a wide array of clients ages 3-80. Also a part-time bartender for Party Staff Catering, as well as substitute teacher, I enjoy the variety of individuals.
I enjoy health and became a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist and Loveologist. Owning my own business, David Gramling Yoga and Crafts, I like to customize lessons to best help whatever the needs are. I love to be present and helpful as I truly want to do service for others. I focus on alignment making sure you are moving in and out of postures correctly as well as while you are in the posture. This prevents injury and will allow you to get the most benefit from the practice.

I also teach pranayama (breath work), philosphy (Niyamas, Yamas, etc.), meditation and inward focus.

I have had the pleasure of teaching privately since 1984 and I have also taught at CSUF, Orange Coast College/Coastline Community College, Orange County High School of the Arts and Huntington Beach Academy of the Performing Arts.
