My name is Sergio, i'm 29 years young. I live in Brooklyn, New York. I have 15 years of experience in fitness industry and 10 years in dancing (breakdancing). I specialize in calisthenics (bodyweight training), bodybuilding and powerlifting, TRX, Group Classes and more.
I teach breakdancing from beginner to intermediate levels.
I also teach basic gymnastics such as handstands, bridges, cartwheels, walkovers, splits. I do not teach flips!

I have been taking Liam's Tai Chi/ Qi Gong class for nearly two years now. He is a dynamic teacher that is sensitive to different types of learning paces and styles (both eastern and western) and employs both in his classes. His explanations are simple and he always relates the movement back to its origin as a martial arts defense/offensive move which helps one establish the intention behind the movement. I have learned yang short form and chen style short form from him. I would highly recommend that you take his class if you are interested in beginning or continuing a tai chi practice. Through my practice I have found a healthy way to manage stress and anxiety.

Having taught in many yoga classes over the years, my classes are not subjective. It depends on over all you’re grasping & how your body accept the change.
Continue for long will help you to mold your body & just learning in a day does not give require effect on body.
If the teacher has good technical expertise asanas/ Pranayamas are demonstrated perfectly, and cautions and modifications explained fully.
Most important is Energy, Flexibility, Pace should be as per student individually. A 35 year student will not be able to mold body so fast as 10 year kid will do. So teacher has to give individual assistance

I just got too see her ,she is look so young .. I just ask her how she maintain and she reply "Yoga".
I also learn basic suryanamaskara lessons from her . and I am still practice. Me and my son both learn Surya namaskar and I really feel energy..
Soon I am going to take another lesson of different asana and further pranayama.
It was awesome and very little fee... I found her on Urben pro.India
