I teach Qigong standing and moving meditation as an enhancement to mindfulness and meditation practice, and also as an adjunct to tai chi instruction. Students can learn the Eight Brocades, with variations for different physical ability levels.

I have been taking Liam's Tai Chi/ Qi Gong class for nearly two years now. He is a dynamic teacher that is sensitive to different types of learning paces and styles (both eastern and western) and employs both in his classes. His explanations are simple and he always relates the movement back to its origin as a martial arts defense/offensive move which helps one establish the intention behind the movement. I have learned yang short form and chen style short form from him. I would highly recommend that you take his class if you are interested in beginning or continuing a tai chi practice. Through my practice I have found a healthy way to manage stress and anxiety.

I've been teaching QiGong since 2006.
One of several foundational techniques will be concentrated upon for several or more sessions with practice expected in between. The technique will be decided upon based on the student's needs and intentions. Qi Gong is a life force energy practice that's been used by healers and warriors for over 5000 years in China. Well cultivated and regulated Qi (life force energy) is the mystical power behind the "karate chop" that breaks a brick without harm to the Practitioner, the mystical power of hands on and remote healing, and much more. One is a beginner to Qi Gong for many years. After 10 years of practice one may reach an Intermediate level of experience, understanding, and cultivation of skill. Whether you come for one session or for many you will walk away from each session with a QiGong practice that you can do safely on your own.

This was my first lesson on quigong and first on skype too. I have to admit that both were wonderful.
Cindy is a great and sweet person with a lot of knowledge on what she teeches and I am looking forward for my second class next week
