I am a very versatile teacher. I can easily adjust a lesson based on the student's wishes. The styles which I most frequently teach are vinyasa and yin. I have a degree in Exercise Science and understand the human body quite well. I love connecting with people authentically and adding value however they desire.

About Abbie
My goal as a teacher is to serve the needs of my students, connect with them authentically, and to continue to grow. I will spend the time outside of the classroom to research any subjects or questions which I do not know the answer to. Having taught beginner adults to pre professionals, I am able to provide a wide variety of needs and teaching styles.

I just finished 5 lessons with Mark and it was just what I needed to help me improve my speaking skills. He assigned homework each week (the reason I initially chose him) that was based on our lessons. It pushed me to grow. I found him to be quite competent, gentle with correction, and pretty funny. You'll enjoy him!

I have done a lot of yoga since 2009 and am very into the technical aspects: alignment and terminology.

About Natalie
After graduating high school at the top of my class, I got full funding for an economics degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where I was born. I was very busy in college--my extracurriculars included 2 semesters abroad (Spain, Singapore), writing an honors thesis, being a consultant to the academic advising office, and being president of an honor society; besides this I worked my butt off in classes and graduated with a 3.7.

Besides academics, I am super interested in fitness, general wellness and psychology.

I would love to talk it out with you wherever our learning interests intersect!

David was AMAZING! And our team thoroughly enjoyed the session. I understand that I was charged incorrectly so he was not paid right for this service. I hope that you do take care of him since I did ask to verify if the price was correct when I initially requested the service.
Thanks!

I fell in love with yoga when I took my first class almost 15 years ago. I have been practicing and growing in my yogic journey ever since. I truly enjoy teaching students more about the mind/body connection, the importance of breath-work, the history of the practice, relaxation techniques, and proper form. I create my lessons to tailor the needs of the student in a challenging, fun, and safe way.

About Nicole
Imagine lying down on your mat. You take a deep breath, expand your lungs and belly, and allow yourself to melt more into the mat with every exhalation. Your whole body relaxes. Your mind relaxes. You feel the energy you just created in a your yoga class and let go. You notice the energy flowing from the top of your head, down your body and you know you just created something special. That's what my very first yoga class was like almost 15 years ago. I fell in love with yoga and now I share my knowledge and passion for yoga, meditation, and all things health and wellness related to students every day.

I have been practicing and learning for almost 15 years love helping others improve their lives. I'm a 200-RYT, NASM Certified personal trainer, meditation and Reiki 1 & 2 practitioner. I have been teaching students ages 15-90 from begi
nner to advance. I truly enjoy inspiring students to learn to love their body & mind more and improve their quality of life. In each class students have the opportunity to learn

• Breath-work
• Relaxation techniques
• Poses, modifications, and variations
• Consistency and mindfulness
• Proper form and techniques
• Different forms of meditation
• Mind/muscle connection
• Concentration and endurance
• Yogic history and philosophy

The more I teach the more I learn and I put in the effort to practice on and off the mat. You’re smart, so you already know anything worth doing takes work and consistency. Yoga teaches you that. In order to see its benefits you need to be consistent. That's why it's called a yoga practice. According to Harvard Health and Psychology Today yoga benefits beyond the mat include but are not limited to:

• Increased Vitality
• Reduced Fatigue and Inflammation
• Better Body Image
• Regulated Cortisol (Your stress hormone)
• Elevated Mood
• Overall better quality of life

I’ve learned the times I need yoga the most are the times I try to avoid it. So what are you avoiding? I like to have open communication with my students and create a class to suit their needs because everybody is different just like every body is different. Sign up for classes with me today and allow me to be your guide as you embark on an amazing journey, guaranteed to change your life.

Namaste and with love,

Nicole

Nicole is a fantastic teacher with a genuine desire to help. She will teach you how to gain a further understanding of each pose and give you tiny tweaks on how to go deeper. When you think you have reached your physical limit you'll hear her whisper breathe and you'll sink deeper into it. Absolutely incredible at what she does.
