We've had 3 lessons now with Natalie and so far we are very pleased with her.
While our son struggles with attention, Natalie has been able to keep him focused and interested during the entire lesson(s).

Natalie is a superb teacher! We are thrilled to have found such a compassionate, dedicated, competent teacher. She provides my daughter with excellent lessons of consistency, practice, review of previous lessons and introduction to new material. My daughter is so excited for her lessons because Natalie is so positive and enriching in her teaching style. Natalie exudes happiness, knowledge in the subject matter, and an overall engaging personality. My daughter has made leaps and bounds since starting lessons several months ago. We highly recommend Natalie as a singing teacher!!!

Pilates Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute body conditioning class that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga and other strengthening and stretching techniques. It is a well-rounded and diverse training program that is designed to improve the overall conditioning of the body by putting equal emphasis on upper and lower body strength, flexibility, body alignment and balance.

I have used Sara's services in her home, in my home and online. She is an amazing teacher whose zest for knowledge and willingness to share that knowledge is truly inspirational in any venue she is teaching. Although I used Sara's personal training services, she inspired me to begin taking guitar lessons after she shared her music with me during a training session. Sara is one of the best teachers I've had over my lifetime.

We work within the classical order of exercises (which Joseph Pilates himself used), with some variations to customize the workout for your individual needs. I try to achieve a good balance of correcting form and still getting a good workout. With practice and consistency, students will notice a dramatic improvement in strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as improved posture and endurance.
