About the class:

Pilates Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute body conditioning class that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga and other strengthening and stretching techniques. It is a well-rounded and diverse training program that is designed to improve the overall conditioning of the body by putting equal emphasis on upper and lower body strength, flexibility, body alignment and balance.

Pilates is a form of strength training and conditioning that is invaluable for the everyday folk to the NFL athlete. Learning proper alignment and form as well as engaging tiny muscles you didn't know existed creates a strong body on the outside and in; helping to prevent injuries and of course molding those fab abs. My goal as a teacher is to help you feel the best you can!

Lindsay grew up dancing and had a particular interest in ballet. She studied under a Russian prima ballerina during her childhood. She has always been a lover of activity running, hiking, swimming… you name it!

Lindsay fell in love with Pilates because of how nurturing the activity feels to your body. It’s like baking your cake and eating it too! She studied at Pilates Sports Center which emphasizes its training on injury prevention and modifications. She loves teaching and helping others achieve their goals!

Reformer and equipment sessions also available for an additional fee for the rental. ...

Lindsay is the best teacher ever! She is very skilled in ballet and exercise. She is also an excellent teacher. I feel guided by her and always encouraged. Pilates is all about using your own body strength to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. I have been teaching for over 3 years, but I've been doing pilates for about 10 years and absolutely love it! It's never too late to get your best body and train your muscles and mind to their fullest potential. I can only teach online once or twice a month on weekends.

Kellie is easy to schedule with and she mixes up the routine every week so you are never bored. Our workouts have been a combination of pilates and strengthening using body weight or light weights. I already feel stronger in my core, glutes and upper body after only 4 sessions.

Kellie is very knowledgeable about nutrition, working out and exercise. She also knows a lot of mental strategies to help me stay on track. She is VERY

Pilates is the perfect class: it combines stretching to stay flexible, weights for strength and cardio to get that heart pumping. And all my classes are designed to meet your specific needs. Pilates is also used as a compliment to physical therapy, which is where I also have experience. Mat classes are the most popular but reformer classes are also available - if you have one or come to my studio. I am giving lessons to raise money for Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Certification because Pilates fitness is my passion.

This type of exercise is very low intensity and great for all ages. I especially advocate it as an activity for seniors and children. It's a great to accompany Yoga or as an alternative to Yoga.
