First lesson went great. I was a little nervous and couldn't get my questions together that well but Krista was understanding and I learned some things I went home and began to work on. Looking forward for my next lesson.

Pilates is a form of strength training and conditioning that is invaluable for the everyday folk to the NFL athlete. Learning proper alignment and form as well as engaging tiny muscles you didn't know existed creates a strong body on the outside and in; helping to prevent injuries and of course molding those fab abs.

Lindsay grew up dancing and had a particular interest in ballet. She studied under a Russian prima ballerina during her childhood. She has always been a lover of activity running, hiking, swimming… you name it!

Lindsay fell in love with Pilates because of how nurturing the activity feels to your body. It’s like baking your cake and eating it too! She studied at Pilates Sports Center which emphasizes its training on injury prevention and modifications. She loves teaching and helping others achieve their goals!

Reformer and equipment sessions also available for an additional fee for the rental. Inquire for details.

This was my first online lesson with Lindsay. I am a 64 year old woman who wants to learn ballet and in doing so become more flexible, agile and have better balance. Lindsay was very knowledgable, patient, and friendly. I felt that I was receiving real instruction and that we will make a good team together. Even though this was via FaceTime, I truly felt I had a one to one learning experience. Thank you, Linsday!

She's very flexible and very knowledgeable about different types of stretches for your body. She is helping me work on my splits and straddle. I usually can get a front left leg split after an hour's session. I highly recommend her for flexibility training.

Lindsay is very in tune with the needs of those she trains. She modifies the exercises to adjust for injuries but makes sure you are still challenged.

Pilates is all about using your own body strength to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. I have been teaching for 2 years, but I've been doing pilates for about 10 years and absolutely love it! Kellie is very knowledgeable about nutrition, working out and exercise. She also knows a lot of mental strategies to help me stay on track. She is VERY
non-judgemental and positive. She has really good advice and I feel like she is a good teacher. She seems experienced and confident, which helps me feel confident too. After this first lesson I feel encouraged and empowered and like I chose the right teacher/coach.

Kellie is a wealth of knowledge on all matters of healthy living. She will find workouts that get you the results you want and you're comfortable doing. I never felt uncomfortable during her lessons. Students can expect a full 55 minutes of doing Pilates on a variety of equipment. They will be shown the correct way to do the exercises, shown modifications for their particular body's and to continue to grow thru more advanced exercises.
