Pilates Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute body conditioning class that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga and other strengthening and stretching techniques. It is a well-rounded and diverse training program that is designed to improve the overall conditioning of the body by putting equal emphasis on upper and lower body strength, flexibility, body alignment and balance.

Throughout my dance career I have become aware of the importance of cross-training for optimal conditioning of the body for the purpose of injury prevention. I have been practicing Pilates for over a decade and teaching for about seven years.
