About the class:

Pilates Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute body conditioning class that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga and other strengthening and stretching techniques. It is a well-rounded and diverse training program that is designed to improve the overall conditioning of the body by putting equal emphasis on upper and lower body strength, flexibility, body alignment and balance.

Pilates is a form of strength training and conditioning that is invaluable for the everyday folk to the NFL athlete. Learning proper alignment and form as well as engaging tiny muscles you didn't know existed creates a strong body on the outside and in; helping to prevent injuries and of course molding those fab abs. My goal as a teacher is to help you feel the best you can!

Lindsay grew up dancing and had a particular interest in ballet. She studied under a Russian prima ballerina during her childhood. She has always been a lover of activity running, hiking, swimming… you name it!

Lindsay fell in love with Pilates because of how nurturing the activity feels to your body. It’s like baking your cake and eating it too! She studied at Pilates Sports Center which emphasizes its training on injury prevention and modifications. She loves teaching and helping others achieve their goals!

Pilates is all about using your own body strength to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. I have been teaching for over 3 years, but I've been doing pilates for about 10 years and absolutely love it! It's never too late to get your best body and train your muscles and mind to their fullest potential. I can only teach online once or twice a month on weekends.

Kellie is easy to schedule with and she mixes up the routine every week so you are never bored. Our workouts have been a combination of pilates and strengthening using body weight or light weights. I already feel stronger in my core, glutes and upper body after only 4 sessions.

Kellie is very knowledgeable about nutrition, working out and exercise. She also knows a lot of mental strategies to help me stay on track. She is VERY
non-judgemental and positive. She has really good advice and I feel like she is a good teacher. She seems experienced and confident, which helps me feel confident too. After this first lesson I feel encouraged and empowered and like I chose the right teacher/coach.

Amy was one of my favorite teachers at home. I was so lucky to have her help me in Ballet, she really taught me technique and a lot about artistry. Her class made me so excited for ballet and I’m still doing it today because of her!!

Let me tell you, I am a 65 years young. My doctor recommended I pick up some extra aerobic activity and exercise, and I decided to give ballet a try because I never go into that as a teen. A friend of mine recommended Amy to me, and I'm glad she did! Although my skills were far from advanced, Amy made me feel like a principle dancer. She focused on what I needed to improve, while maintaining an effective pace so we could get to all the movement. I love my lessons with Amy and definitely recommend her every time!

Amy came to my home and did a private ballet lesson with my 5 year old daughter, and it was a great experience. She’s absolutely great with kids! She moved the lesson along at a perfect pace for a 5 year old. My daughter had so much fun, and can’t wait for amy to come back!!
