    MAT PILATES is an effective form of low impact exercise that builds core strength, tones the entire body, improves flexibility and posture. Class focuses on stability, balance, precision and control using your own bodyweight for resistance while adding challenge with progressions and simple props (such as a ball, TheraBand and Pilates ring). PILATES challenges the mind and body by working in different planes of motion; in such ways that increase energy, alertness and proprioception (awareness of one's body in space and time). Great for people with osteoporosis, autoimmune issues where there is a brain to body disconnect, and anyone rehabbing from injuries (spinal fusions, hip replacements, shoulder injuries and knee issues like ACL or MCL tears). PILATES is traditionally a form of rehabilitation exercise. I teach BREATHING TECHNIQUES for anxiety, stress, worry, fear, trauma, PTSD and chronic pain. Discover BREATHING TECHNIQUES to integrate into your weekly routine, that are both calming and energizing. Learn tools to somatically calm and release heavy emotions out of your body, mind and energy field. Guiding clients into relaxation, meditation and stillness with a variety of CONSIOUS BREATHWORK techniques, visualizations, mantras & music. I curate artful BREATHWORK, YOGA, PILATES, MEDITATION & ENERGY MEDICINE journeys that reprogram limiting beliefs, induce heart coherence, balance and reset nervous system fast. *Mat Pilates Certified while working towards full equipment certification (500 hour curriculum by Club Pilates) *Certified PAUSE Breathwork Facilitator (100 hour core curriculum & practice). *Certified Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine (300 hour core curriculum & practice) from The Four Winds Society Light Body School.

    Elise was fantasic! All I know is I had a hard time breathing due to stress before the session and I was able to breath after the session. I felt like I just got up from a massage. It was so good that I was spaced out a bit after the Breathwork. Elise was so great and calming and will definitely do another session. I highly recommend. I also want to point out that I dont know how to relax. This is what everyonew tells me but after the session I was relaxed. If I can give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks!
