I am a very versatile teacher. I can easily adjust a lesson based on the student's wishes. The styles which I most frequently teach are vinyasa and yin. I have a degree in Exercise Science and understand the human body quite well. I love connecting with people authentically and adding value however they desire.

About Abbie
My goal as a teacher is to serve the needs of my students, connect with them authentically, and to continue to grow. I will spend the time outside of the classroom to research any subjects or questions which I do not know the answer to. Having taught beginner adults to pre professionals, I am able to provide a wide variety of needs and teaching styles.

About William
Hey there. My name is William H. I have been studying martial arts for about 14 years. Most importantly I do not represent any school, style, or person. I'm an instructor, catalyst, and advocate. My father, a practitioner of 40 years of Kyokushinkai Karate and other practices. Tyler king, an independent teacher. James Saeger, for

Having never done martial arts before I was amazed at how well William explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. He is well-versed in a variety of forms of martial arts and can individualize the lessons in regards to speed, complexity, and content. This flexibility was really great because I could tell him what I wanted to focus on and he could tailor the lessons to that. For me it is really important to know the how, why, and real-life implications of everything and he can explain all that to me or direct me to pertinent resources that can. William is very passionate about martial arts and is genuinely interested in helping others to develop those skills and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I recommend this instructor for students both new and experienced. David was AMAZING! And our team thoroughly enjoyed the session. I understand that I was charged incorrectly so he was not paid right for this service. I hope that you do take care of him since I did ask to verify if the price was correct when I initially requested the service.
Thanks!
