I just finished 5 lessons with Mark and it was just what I needed to help me improve my speaking skills. He assigned homework each week (the reason I initially chose him) that was based on our lessons. It pushed me to grow. I found him to be quite competent, gentle with correction, and pretty funny. You'll enjoy him!

Nicole's classes are wonderful. She is very detailed and has the ability to bring a strong awareness to the mind and body in each class. Nicole is a fantastic teacher with a genuine desire to help. She will teach you how to gain a further understanding of each pose and give you tiny tweaks on how to go deeper. When you think you have reached your physical limit you'll hear her whisper breathe and you'll sink deeper into it. Absolutely incredible at what she does.
