Jason is a remarkable teacher! He truly has been able to break through a mental block I've always had regarding thinking in chords rather than just reading notes. His desire to help the student reach a personal goal is so evident. Jason remained so confident that a 'light bulb' would come on that I started to believe it myself. He has put me on a good path now and did it with his confidence in me and by providing the right tools. Thank you for your patience, confidence in me, and your calm, pleasant way of teaching, Jason.

My daughter wanted me to find her a flexibility coach to help her with dance. Because we live in a rural community, this type of instruction is not available. I did an online search and was very fortunate to connect with Take Lessons and Lindsey. She takes a 30 minute lesson twice a week and has seen considerable improvement in her flexibility. Lindsey is not only a great teacher but a great person. Her and my daughter have developed a personal relationship. Lindsey is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. She has been taking Lessons from Lindsey for 11 months, and we plan to continue with classes because of the excellent instruction she has received.

This was my first online lesson with Lindsay. I am a 64 year old woman who wants to learn ballet and in doing so become more flexible, agile and have better balance. Lindsay was very knowledgable, patient, and friendly. I felt that I was receiving real instruction and that we will make a good team together. Even though this was via FaceTime, I truly felt I had a one to one learning experience. Thank you, Linsday!

She's very flexible and very knowledgeable about different types of stretches for your body. She is helping me work on my splits and straddle. I usually can get a front left leg split after an hour's session. I highly recommend her for flexibility training.

Lian is a great teacher. She has given me nutrition guidelines to follow. I'm impressed with her knowledge on the subject of nutrition. The classes have given me insight on what are the best foods to eat and the foods that would increase my weight. She makes each session a relaxed atmosphere to learn. If I make a mistake on my previous week for eating, she doesn't come down on me hard. These classes have given me goals to curve my intake of bad foods like ice cream or cookies.

From 1981 - 1995 I was an amateur bodybuilder and competed in local, state and tri-state competitions.

I have been a personal trainer since 1985. In 2004 I was in a tragic cycling accident and was out of commission for almost a year. I know what it's like to be in optimal, peak condition as well as starting from ground zero.

Kellie is very knowledgeable about nutrition, working out and exercise. She also knows a lot of mental strategies to help me stay on track. She is VERY
non-judgemental and positive. She has really good advice and I feel like she is a good teacher. She seems experienced and confident, which helps me feel confident too. After this first lesson I feel encouraged and empowered and like I chose the right teacher/coach.
