Jason is a great teacher. He is so knowledgeable and is really good at adapting to your pace of learning as well as your desired outcomes. I’ve been picking a song each week to work on, and he always comes prepared with exercises and new techniques to learn and apply to music I love! I look forward to our lessons.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

We find Ruth to be knowledgeable, approachable, flexible, and friendly. While she is far gentler than the piano teacher I grew up with, for the right student I think this would be an advantage.

Lindsay is the best teacher ever! She is very skilled in ballet and exercise. She is also an excellent teacher. I feel guided by her and always encouraged. She is very patient Lindsay is open to any question I might have. The class is enjoyable. Lindsay also stretches my boundaries in having me try new movements. Thank you Lindsay!

I was Hyper/HypoGlycemic (a form of diabetes not regulatable with insulin) for 14 years. I healed from this by 2010 through years of eating in ways that best tempered my blood glucose levels, in conjunction with various methods of meditation and exercise. Students learn their individual dietary, meditative and exercise needs. Once needs are addressed students' food and activity preferences are addressed. These needs and desires are blended to build health-empowering life-style shift. Students learn self-sufficiency in meditations and exercises, and in creating quick, delicious, and nourishing meals designed to meet their specific needs. I went to Tamara for Yoga to just feel more present and to become more flexible, but I got so much more. A problem with my neck and shoulder I had for so many years that I forgot it was always there , is now gone. It was locked up for years & it's now loose. It gets stiff on occasion, and when it does I now know how to release it. And it works! It took time and practice, but it got there! It's more like a therepeutic, transcendental session of magic wherein I'm learning how to do the magic on my own. So good!

Kellie is easy to schedule with and she mixes up the routine every week so you are never bored. Our workouts have been a combination of pilates and strengthening using body weight or light weights. I already feel stronger in my core, glutes and upper body after only 4 sessions.

Kellie is very knowledgeable about nutrition, working out and exercise. She also knows a lot of mental strategies to help me stay on track. She is VERY
non-judgemental and positive. She has really good advice and I feel like she is a good teacher. She seems experienced and confident, which helps me feel confident too. After this first lesson I feel encouraged and empowered and like I chose the right teacher/coach.
