Chris was very patient and provided great advice, examples and coaching. This is my first voice lesson and I am 54 years old and I was very nervous and unsure, but Chris made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I am looking forward to the next lesson and I am already practicing. My goal is to improve my singing and perhaps one day be on a local stage playing a small part, something that has been in my system for many years! I believe Chris will provide me with the training that may one day assist me in achieving my goal.

My daughter and I are very happy and pleased with the class my daughter had today with Nikisha. The knowledge and skill that she uses to teach teens how to properly take care of their skin on top of how to properly apply makeup the correct way and not going over the top is wonderful. She helped my daughter feel more confident in her technique when applying makeup. She answered all questions that my daughter asked. Nikisha was very professional and I appreciate her craft and time today just simply amazing!!

What can I say, that I miss Ms. Nikisha so much!!! She is one of the most kindest, humble, caring person I have met. She is honest and truly loves what she does! She has thought me so much from skincare, makeup application, nutrition and pose techniques, ect. She takes her time to help us understand how important all these things are within the entertainment industry. One of the best instructors!!!

Film scoring has been my ultimate passion since I was 9 years old. I have an MFA in film scoring from Columbia College Chicago. I am currently scoring a few films and teaching lessons on the side. I love teaching! I have many scenes to share with students for them to score. I would talk with students about the scene they're scoring, share tips and focus on style, technique, and emotional content of the scene. I have lots of technology experience, so I can help students learn how to actually turn the music in their heads into a physical recording. I specialize in Logic, ProTools ,and DigitalPerformer but can work with students in Garageband as well.

About Connor

I'm a film composer by trade, but I love teaching as well. I love sharing my passion for music with others. I have a BM from Appalachian State University in piano performance and music theory/composition. I also have an MFA in music composition for the screen from Columbia College Chicago. I st

He helped me already a great deal during that short hour, on how to approach the material, break it down in a way that will help my performance reach its full potential. I was able to deliver a truthful performance. I am looking forward to more sessions. Many thanks."

"Jennifer has identified several ways that I use my voice inefficiently (my description - she is much kinder in her choice of words). My homework is concrete and substantive enough so that I can experience a different way of speaking. One example is what to do with my tongue when I say specific words. I think this could make a real difference for me."

"Milton J. was on time and a complete professional.

For someone reentering the field of Acting and Musical Theater, Milton J was a perfect choice. He has range in his skill set to address any kind of Music and Theater genres.
I was so impressed, once we really had started on the lesson of what he has in his lesson. Quite a lot to do, that is deep behind the scenes and pre-performance set-up for the student to preset for a chararacter to come out of us. This, I remember from my Professional Acting for Television and Film days was what is called Actors Homework...in LA you are 2 scenes in before my former LA Teacher began to explain the pre-set tech that Milton J came with, right from the start.
Awsome teacher!"
