Susan is a wonderful French teacher both for adults and kids. We have had her as an in-home teacher for both over the past few years during the school year. She is very patient with the kids and keeps it fun for them, and also is a great conversationalist with the adults. I can’t recommend her enough. She is also versatile enough to teach German as well.

I believe students learn English faster and more in-depth, when they are having fun.
I enjoy tailoring the exercises and activities to my student's interests and focus on improving their speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills.
There are many approaches and methods out there to teach English. I believe it's beneficial to introduce them all. Not only does this add variety but can help us discover an approach or method that really clicks with the way you learn.
The class is full-immerison, meaning from start to finish we communicate in English. This is the best way to learn English; even if you don't know any English, we will communicate only in English ( don't worry- just as a child learns a language, we will use photos, videos, music and other media to aid in learning. This will make learning English easy)
I am here for you. Whatever goals you have, we can accomplish them together.

About Todd
Hello,
My name is Todd.
I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. So if you study with me, you would be learning English from a Native-English speaker.
I'm a graduated of the International TEFL Academy where I earned my certification to teach English as a foreign language.

I started teaching because of my love of traveling and learning about other people's cultures. What I discovered is that the whole process very rewarding; I enjoy helping my students achieve their language goals. I enjoy the creativity of designing exercises and activities that will make English more understandable and easier to grasp.

In addition to Teaching, I also do Art. I am an Artist. I love to paint and draw. I am a visual-learner ( I learn by seeing.)
I understand that each one of us learns in different ways. My lessons are build around you. I take in acco
unt your interests and how you learn and plan accordingly.

I look forward to working with you. Happy Learning.

I've been tutoring and teaching ESL now for 10 years. I use apps and educational activities and games to engage students in learning English. I am committed to seeing students improve and love seeing their confidence increase with their ability.

About Matt
I went to Pensacola Catholic High and graduated in 2003. I then attended and Auburn University, where I became a Christian, and graduated in 2007. Once I finished, I went overseas to teach English and do missions. I taught in Thailand from 2003-2007 and then in China from 2012-2016. I have been teaching since that time and am back home now to get my Master's degree in TESOL. I enjoy teaching people and watching their confidence grow as they learn new skills and develop new abilities. My teaching style is relaxing but challenging; as much as possible, I encourage and motivate students to have a love of learning, not just of this subject but of learning in general.
