I love to teach! I love to share this amazing means of expression with whoever wants to learn and respect it. It doesn't matter what level you're at, we all have to start somewhere and we can always get better. If you are looking for Choreo, HH Fitness or just to get started I'm definitely your guy. Ask as many questions as you like. Ive been teaching for over 15 years. All ages from 7-70.

A little about me. I started dancing in 2003. I connected with dancers from the DMV which led me to Breakdance practices at College Park, UMBC, JHU and more. As I got better and more skilled local crews began to take notice. I was inducted into The Deadly Venoms Crew "DVC" in 2010. The entire time training as a BBoy i was also learning and picking up other HH styles such as House, Krump and Popping. One was just not enough for me. In 2011 I competed in numerous All-Styles and Top Rock battles Nationally. In 2013 I was a showcase street performer in the production “Working America” and later that ...

Nino choreographed and taught my 14-year-young son a hiphop dance to accompany a vocal performance. The performance hasn't happened yet (coming up in Feb 2020), but without a doubt, Nino has been the best, most creative, attentive, patient, and caring dance instructor. Highly, highly recommend!!
Jake
JB / Nino is one of those truly rare instructors that merges personal fitness with the credibility from being part of an elite dance crew and the professionalism and skills required to be an AMAZING teacher and motivator. His knowledge of all dance genres is beyond impressive and he is able to relate to people of all levels and ages - including myself a busy 40 year old / father of 2 who is known as the “dancer” within my professional and social circles.
Brigit
Nino teaches my 14-year-old daughter Paloma hip hop and break, and was amazing! He is thorough, making sure she understands the choreography, step by step. He is super patient, giving her the time she needs to absorb the moves. He builds confidence and inspires Paloma to get better and better at dancing. And he’s a lot of fun! Nino inspired Paloma so much that she’s now preparing to audition for an arts high school! And this with very little formal training beforehand. Thank you so much Nino!

I have taught and directed for 30 years in NY and DC. From lesson 1, students engage with a dynamic approach to acting through Meisner-based improv. During the 1st 12 weeks, we go from basic truthful acting to dynamic scene work, followed by 12 weeks of in-depth scene study, then extensive character training and in-depth film and audition technique. My students are successful in film, theater, commercials and TV in DC, NY and LA.

About Robert

I have taught acting for over 30 years based in the Meisner Technique, and I write and direct my own plays and films. I have years of experience as an actor, jazz saxophone player, singer and poet, as well as a philosophy degree, which I bring to my understanding of acting. I use this rich backgro

Having spent a lifetime on the stage in many roles, many capacities, I have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to all facets of performing; be it theater, television, film. While not subscribing to one particular "method", I stress "reacting, not acting", and believability of performance. All ages and experience levels have benefited from my approach. Whether a student is an aspiring actor, or a working actor sharpening their skills or prepping for an audition, I provide a solid foundation and practical knowledge and guidance.

About Glenn

I have been active in the entertainment industry since the age of 12, when I gave my first professional performance. Prior to that I was already being introduced to music with years of guitar, and then vocal instruction. I do not remember a time of my life when I was not singing somewhere; in the h

I took dance lessons from Gigi with a focus on self expression and working through issues that I was holding onto on any particular day. I am 60+ years old and never danced before. Where my typical perspective of myself standing in front of a mirror is not positive, I somehow was transformed into seeing beauty. Gigi is a beautiful person, very patient , non judging. Her goal was for me to meet my goal, even when it changed from week to week. Sometimes we worked on dance technique, other times using movement to work through feelings. I loved it.

Working with Gigi during a challenging time in my life was an amazing experience, her empathy, her nurturing quality made my experience truly lovely. She finds inspiration for movement therapeutic work by what the students needs are. After my classes with Gigi I feel spiritually rejuvenated.

He has experience in all aspects of the business, from being an actor to a producer and to an award winning director, which makes him an unbelievable resource and teacher. "I've been rapping for 15yrs...and when I met Prophet, God took my game to a whole new level., When it comes to stage performance, there is so much more to think about than just what am I going to where, and what songs will I peform. Prophet has helped me track my breathing and make sure I'm not too winded off stage when I'm finished with my set, he's helped me understand how to hold a microphone properly and consider how something sounds to the audience not just to me. He's also taught me about utilizing the monitors and speakers the house provides to my benefit and paying attention to the sound the stage gives off. These things, are rarely considered by performers and rappers, but have proven vital to how I perform onstage. Thus giving me the ability to minister properly off stage as well."

Soon, I was so caught up in the meaning of the lines and the story I was telling in that moment that I was able to engage in the role, smoothly, without worrying that I was performing Shakespeare. He broke it down so I could understand it, and then feel confident doing it. Highly recommend!"
