I was a Theater Arts major at Trinity University where I took part in several productions, including Cabaret, Trojan Women, Chemin de Fer and Die Fledermaus. AT San Antonio Little Theater I performed in No, No, Nanette and Philemon. As a student at UTSA, I performed in Trial by Jury, Boris Godunov, Iolanthe and the Madrigal Christmas Dinners. I was hired by UTSA as a paid performer in the Madrigal Christmas dinners from 1984 to 1989. This job involved a lot of improvisation. From 1989 to 1995 I taught Music and Drama at Converse Elementary. In the 1990's I performed in The Magic Flute and Don Giovanni as part of the San Antonio Festival. I have done freelance work over the years as an improvisational performer for special events.
