As an actor for 14 years who became an award-winning director and screenwriter, I have a particularly well-rounded perspective on acting. My belief is that anyone can act, if given the right tools, and I have a proven track record -- actors who work with me are presently booking major roles in film and television. My philosophy is that acting is about exploring yourself -- who you really are as a human being -- and having confidence in that unique individual's perspective on the character. We will also use my expertise on the other side of the camera to explore how to work with directors, as well as the writer's viewpoint on the larger story. I look forward to setting your talents loose on the world!

My private online classes are customizable based on your needs, whether that's preparing for your next big audition, honing your craft, or developing confidence in a brand new hobby. We'll explore Viewpoints, The Stanislavski System, improvisation, and other acting methods so that you can build your own unique tool-kit that works for you! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! All levels welcomed.

I'm passionate about the arts and love to teach! I have over 19 years of performing arts experience, and 6 years of teaching experience (K-8th grade music, as well as dance and musical theatre camps for kids in my community). I received my Bachelor's degree in 2013, studying Theatre, Music, and Art.

What makes acting lessons with me unique is that I have a background in music and dance as well--as musical theatre is my specialty. As a teacher, I will tailor my lessons around you, at your own level and pace, and will do my best to meet your individual needs as a student and performer. After learning what your goals are, I will provide a variety of material for you to prepare and perform. In addition to some fun exercises, we will do in-depth analysis of monologues and dialogues/scenes. I also offer an Audition Prep course!

I am loving, creative, and meticulous--and great with children! We're going to have so much fun and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for the
