You will know how to develop the questions and answer them with examples (if necessary) in order and how to format and organize your short answers. Book NowI have been tutoring and teaching Math at the university for more than twenty years. I did teach in various countries as well as U.S. states. I have the ability to make difficult topics easier for my students until they understand and even I can assure my students that they will score an A if they follow up with my tutoring.
About Mohamed
I help students gain the confidence to tackle math problems on their own. I never know what the next student is going to teach me! You get that little thrill when the light comes on as they master a concept.

I do this for a living every day -- my pass rate for 2019 was 70% at a title I school. I believe in a holistic approach to each student - finding out where the skills gaps are, then closing those gaps one by one as we move through the content and progress toward the goals set out by student and teacher.
Calculus is not easy but it is beautiful. If you learn it well, you will have a greater appreciation for many aspects of the world around you. I love bringing that appreciation to as many students as possible.
I have spent a lot of hours familiarizing myself with the College Board's review materials for AB and BC. I like to see 5s and that is always my goal!
About Lori

Since 2010 I have been tutoring college students mostly on Principles of Finance, both the Bachelor and Master's degree levels. I usually help them do the homeworks, quizzes and prepare for exams. But perhaps the main thing I do for them is to help them understand finance and what is being taught by the professor. I use my expertise (see my licenses in my profile) and experience to help them see how finance works in real life and how it relates to the not-so-realistic academic environment. One thing is to read and imagine and another is to have done it and lived it; that's what I provide. I also, occasionally, help students with extra credit or special written assignments, such as retirement extra credits, CapStone quizzes and CAPSIM simulations, which are not only finance-related but require business experience.

Having read Christopher's bio, I sensed that there was something special about him, and that he was the right one for our son who has some learning challenges, particularly in the area of Math. I believe it is very important a tutor connects not only on an academic level but also where there can be some light hearted conversation. Christopher arrived punctually for our first meeting and his assessment of our son. In advance of that meeting I had explained to Christopher what the challenges are and what our collective objectives are. As soon as I saw him, he appeared to relaxed but confident. After an initial introduction, I stepped away to let Christopher and our son become acquainted and he immediately set about establishing some common ground which happened to be a particular sport. No more than Christopher, our son is also very perceptive and despite the fact that he initially resisted the idea of any tutor, his words after this first meeting were "I can work with him"! Its obviously early days yet, but so far so good!"
