I have been teaching ESL for over 11 years now in many distinct areas. I began teaching ESL when I moved to Ecuador in 2009. I worked in a wide array of different academies, Universities, in-company classes and private classes. In 2016 I moved to Seville, Spain to begin my PhD in Philosophy and have continued teaching English in the same capacity. I am specially geared towards exam preparation (Cambridge, TOEFL, APTIS, etc). My intent is always to cater to the students needs. I am very dynamic in my classes and always try and have fun as well as move the student forward on their path to mastering the language. I am also bilingual in Spanish.
Although I was born and raised in New York, at the age of 23 I decided to move abroad and see different cultures and different experiences in life! I have always been interested in the unknown and have always had a wanderlust for new places. I began teaching in 2009 and have continued up until the p

Interested in improving in math? Want to ace your future classes? I will assist in building up the fundamental of math skills. During my senior year at high school, I used to tutor students ranging from elementary school to high school mathematics at a Mathnasium facility. I have also worked with students that range from visual learners to hands-on students to those who need repetitive practice of the same concept or even more time with the material. This experience allowed me to understand different students and approach their unique ways of learning. I believe it is more rewarding for the student if I spend more time than given in a class period to address one topic if there are potential concerns or misunderstanding of certain topics.
Heading into my senior year, I am currently an undergraduate student at Rutgers University pursuing a major in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. I have tutored as math instructor at a local Mathnasium facility throughout the summers, during my senior year of high school, and wheneve

I pioneered a private Arts Academy drama school for 4 years, and am now teaching acting and directing at a middle and high school. My goal is to help students become well-rounded in all the areas that are needed to truly become a working actor. These areas include: auditioning, theater, film, and improvisation.
Being a repertory performer for Silver Star Playhouse (musical theater parodies), and having lots of experience and training in improv and interactive dinner theaters really trains you in comedy.
My husband also owns Sound waves Productions (technological advanced studio in Gilbert)- so completing remote voiceover work for a reel is not out of the question.
I also encourage students to pair in duos for effective scene work and more in-depth technique training (this will also split your lesson cost in half).
Greetings! I am super excited to be building a private and small group lesson platform at our home studio and to meet your personal acting and performing needs! I recently stepped down from 2 years of full-time drama and visual art at Lumos Arts Academy- a private school I played a role in pionee
