Hi friends! I'm a professional actor, director, and fight choreographer who has been working since I was ten years old. I left NYC two years ago after accepting a full-ride offer to earn my Master's degree in acting. I have one year left, and while I'm here, I am also teaching undergraduate acting. I'm formally trained in Stanislavski, Stella Adler, and Meisner, with training in many other methods as well, and I am able to work with you on whatever you would like, from basics, memorization, and diction all the way up to Meisner technique.

Because I started working when I was young, I love to teach kids as well. I spent three years on an international tour performing a one-woman show in elementary and middle schools, and I have led many high school workshops, so I love spending time with students of all ages.

Most importantly, if you work online with me, you will get to hang out with Belko, my one-year-old chihuahua. She's a better actor than all of us. I look forward to meeting you!

About Sarah

Hey friends! You're looking for acting lessons! That's amazing because being a professional actor means you are self-employed, and you have to be motivated to find your own work. By looking for a teacher, that's exactly what you're doing right now, meaning you already are living the life of an acto

Good teacher really good with beginners/novice level students like me.

Ms Sarah immediately made my daughter Kezia feel comfortable. She was kind enough to ask my daughter to submit some videos she did for a potential agent prior to her appointment and on the day of their scheduled time gave her some constructive feedback. Even though it was online it did not feel Ike it at all. For a first lesson it went really great
Lydia
My daughter absolutely loved her and can't wait to do more work with her. Would 100% recommend!

Danielle is amazing and helped me make some big changes in 4-weeks. If you are willing to put in the work and take direct feedback you should definitely book sessions with her!
Douglas
Danielle is top notch. She brings so much experience, training, and talent to the table, finding new ways to help get to the root of the conversation. She helped me realize new potential by looking for ways to find my true, authentic voice. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Ivan
Danielle is a fantastic actor and coach! I've had the pleasure of sharing a stage with her and working with her as my acting coach for many years. Her approach to material helps to simplify the (seemingly) most complicated scenes. Her focus on naturalistic acting and "in the moment" spontaneity is exactly what every actor--at any level--needs to make their work real and full of life.

Alyssa is the best. I had a little less than a month to pick two contrasting monologues for an audition. Alyssa sent me a monologue that’s was absolutely amazing. Alyssa is patient, knowledgeable, and a ton of fun. Completely down to earth. (Judgment free zone). I would refer Alyssa to any and everybody. Amazing experience.

First session was basically a meet and greet, and I must say, she's got a pretty awesome personality as well as a very open and free flow vibe.

Alyssa is great. She has an in-depth knowledge of multiple teaching techniques that will help you improve as an actor. She is also extremely flexible and will tailor lessons to focus on what aspects of acting you wish to improve and what teaching methods help the most.

"One of the best in New York

I have taken physical theatre workshops in Australia, Poland, France and the UK and Monica's class is definitely on par with the leading physical performance teachers out there. As far as value for money goes. This class is a steal. The great thing about working with Monica is that she is a successful practicing Artist also. Her methods are drawn from her own experiences as an international touring artist. Also, it's a lot of fun. Highly recommend for working professionals and beginners."

"I have studied with a dozen acting teachers over the years. Darren Dowler is not only the most knowledgeable acting coach I’ve ever had, but he has a talent for teaching. And he’s not just a coach. He’s a full-time performer, director and filmmaker out in the field doing it, booking the roles, and acting. He has so much real world experience to draw from it’s obvious why he’s one of the most sought after coaches in the business. You’ll learn more than one lesson from him then a whole summer with another coach. I just saw him in the movie Palau in which he plays the Reverend Billy Graham. He was amazing.

And- he’s great with kids!"
