I am an experienced tutor of mathematics and SAT/ACT preparation. I have taught at both Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, NC and Durham Technical Community College in Durham, NC. I am a graduate of Clemson University, and received my master’s degree in mathematics education from North Carolina State University. I have nearly 8 years of experience tutoring Math up to Calculus 1.

My name is Mena. I have a strong background in math with a degree in Actuarial science and have been tutoring the SAT, ACT, common core Algebra 1, 2, and Geometry for over four years. I have extensive knowledge of the testing strategies needed to make the exam fun and easy. I work with students to find areas that need strengthening then work patiently with them to hone their skills.
