I am a math instructor, teaching small classes as well as individual lessons. I received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at the University of Puget Sound in 2016 and am open to all ages and all levels. I would cater lessons to the student's specific goals and strive to help them better understand difficult concepts as well as build a solid foundation for higher level math.

I have been tutoring math for 11 years, and recently helped several students through geometry. I can break down proofs step-by-step so they are much less intimidating! I focus on the thought process behind solving the geometry problems, so students understand how to approach future questions rather than just learning one problem at a time.

I emphasize two column proofs even when they’re not needed to solidify a student’s confidence in geometric logic. This also prepares them for higher math where derivations from fundamental principles are necessary.
