Certified with the Royal Academy of Dance London and taught by the biggest and most acknowledged ballet dancers of our time, I have acquired a specific set of techniques in ballet. I have been dancing for 21 years. I have traveled all over the world dancing, appeared in hundreds of productions, and taken master classes with those in lineage of the creators of ballet. My techniques I teach are classic and the most beneficial to a dancers career.

I teach from the understanding that our bodies set the limits. We can push them but we must respect them. I encourage those who are afraid to try ballet to be brave and discover what ballet can offer your body at any age. Ballet will make you strong in more ways than any other sport. You feel it from the inside out.

I love ballet and I love teaching it. I've danced for 10 years and taught ballet for 4 years. I pay special attention to technic, but most importantly I teach a love of dance. I've only taught in person, so this is new to me, but I'm confident that I can help you learn to dance ballet!

Basic beginning/ intermediate body positive ballet class! Always wanted to learn? Now is your chance. In this beginning or intermediate ballet class we will work on positions, alignment, stretching, combinations. Everyone can dance ballet!

I grew up in Denmark in Europe and have spent my whole life dancing with The Royal Danish Ballet. I've danced every ballet in the book; Swan lake, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Alice in Wonderland and about one hundred more and worked with countless of choreographers, instructors and teachers and I absolutely love sharing my knowledge and my anecdotes from my fortunate career.
