I have been a classroom teacher for 11 years. I got my degree in elementary education. I have taught 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. I'm best with younger grades. I can help with homework or plan a lesson over any concept you are having trouble with. I like to make learning fun. I have taught math, science, language arts, and social studies.

My schedule changes weekly, so please check with me before signing up for a lesson time.

About Kevin

I truly enjoy teaching. I've taught in the public school classroom for 11 years. Teaching music is so so much FUN! And it should be fun for the students to learn. When I'm teaching I tell all my students that if they don't enjoy and smile about something, then we need to change something.

Kevin is a great teacher - he has brought out the drummer in my 2nd grader, and he has been able to do this through Zoom, not even face to face. Highly recommended!

I was out of town when my 15-year old son had his lesson with Kevin, so I sent a text to my son to find out how it went. "He is the best guitar teacher ever!!" my son replied. I think that says it all.

About Daniel

When I first started performing magic professionally, I found information was difficult to find. Everything in books was either poorly explained, dated, disorganized, or difficult to decipher. Besides, there was little rhyme or reason to the way information was laid out. There were no progressions

Our son (12 yrs old) has been receiving weekly lessons from Daniel since June. Daniel is a phenomenal and knowledgeable magician, is enthusiastic, works well with children, and was flexible when we rescheduled a lesson due to summer vacation plans. Our son leaves every class with a new skill or trick and we like that Daniel asks our son to practice or review skills/tricks/videos before his next class. Our son has improved his magic skills as well as widened his magic trick repertoire.

Great first lesson with Daniel. Ready for tomorrow!

I just finished my first magic lesson with Dan. He is an extremely talented magician and provided some excellent insight into some of the foundational concepts and principles for success. I am looking forward to continuing my magic educational journey with Dan!

Stacey has truly made my son love reading! When he first started it was a struggle whenever I mentioned the word “book”…now he loves reading to us! He really feels more confident! She keeps him engaged and he really enjoys his sessions. She takes her time with him and really pushes him to always try his best. It makes me smile to see the growth he’s made.

My daughter has been working with Ms. A. for a while now and it has been a great experience. Her lessons are catered to each child and very engaging. She has challenged my daughter and is constantly pulling her out of her comfort zone. She keeps me up to date with her progress and things that can be done at home to help her become a better reader.

"Colin helped me through the last semester of IB Calculus. He would email me two days before each lesson so he was prepared with a relative lesson plan for our hour long weekly session of review. He even created a video explaining a topic I was stuck on and sent it to me after our weekly session. I wouldn’t have gotten an A in the last semester without him. Thanks Colin."

It was surprisingly not so difficult because she is great at troubleshooting and figuring out solutions to get you where you need to be.
