My teacher and I spoke by phone for my first lesson, but her phone had poor reception so I was not able to get the benefit of a full lesson. The second and third lessons were unsuccessful as well I need an alternative so that I can work with another teacher locally. I am not familiar enough with this on line process to be successful with my lessons. I have paid for lessons that i have not received. Please advise.

About Zach
Zach is a recent graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he studied Jazz Guitar Performance and Composition. Over the past few years, he has performed extensively as a multi-instrumentalist, both in the Chicagoland area and on the east coast. Zach composes and performs for many musical genres ranging from jazz (big band arrangements for college and high school ensembles) to rock, pop, R&B, folk, and musical theater, allowing his knowledge of theory and tradition in one genre to reinforce his ideas in another in constructive ways. He is also an amateur producer with experience in DAWs such as Ableton Live. Zach has taken on many private students, typically but not always younger. His educational framework begins with establishing a certain comfort level with one’s instrument, and evolves into a deep study of the mu
