About Omari
Hello, I'm Omari and I'm excited to be your new Algebra and English tutor! I've been tutoring Algebra since 2010. I went to Kalamazoo College and earned a degree in English and music in 2016. I am laid back, but I take Algebra and English quite seriously. I would love to help you achieve your goals in both subjects!

In addition to tutoring, I am a bass teacher and I have been playing the bass since 2008 (both upright and electric). I am trained classically, and I also have experience with jazz, funk, hip hop, and other genres. If you are excited to further your musical talents, I'd love to
help you grow as a musician!

About Hannah
I have just graduated college with a degree in Physics Education. I plan to take the GACE in June to get certified to teach Physics and I hope to eventually add a certification in Mathematics. I love Math. In August, I started my student teaching in Cobb County Public schools and worked both in a high school and a middle school. My main experience with elementary-aged children comes from being a counselor and head counselor at my church kids' camp. I have also tutored in math and physics at the college level. My tutoring style is not one where I create a whole new curriculum for a student. I b
elieve a tutor's job is to lend assistance and help students gain practice and understanding in a subject. In order for this to happen, students must be able to tell me what they have been studying in their class. In this way, tutoring is so beneficial, since I can personally address the needs of students.

Wonderful instructor. Hannah helped me better understand college level physics, both in concept and practice. After working with her for a few sessions my understanding greatly improved as did my grades. She's excellent at breaking down the math equations and variables in a way that is easy and understandable. Couldn't recommend a better Physics tutor. :)
