I have taught teenagers and adults to drive while working full-time for a professional driving school for one year. After that, I have taught free-lance. Within one or two 2-hour lessons, the student should be comfortable with the basic operation of a motor vehicle, able to drive through a quiet neighborhood confidently.

After taking advantage of my service, the student should have enough confidence to finish their driving education on busier roads with a professional instructor who has a brake pedal installed on the instructor's side of the vehicle.

[My car (automatic transmission) is available for lessons!]

We continue to have problems with our connection. First lesson he was at work on the job site, the second and third lesson he was sitting in his car, flipping the phone back and forth to see what he was writing. He seems like a nice guy and I am sure a good teacher but this doesn't seem to me working into his schedule and our technology problems continue.

I am a college level jazz musician.
My primary instruments are jazz guitar and upright bass.
Growing up I have always wanted to sing but never could find a qualified teacher.

Luckily, after extensive research online for vocal teachers I discovered Kara.
I have been taking lessons with her for a while now and she's wonderful.
I always have many questions for her in my lessons and she always has a knowledgable response.

I feel like I'm progressing and finally learning how to sing properly with someone who knows their stuff.

I would highly recommend studying with her.

Dr. Alan helped simplify complex concepts which brought me up to speed and made sense of the fray, allowing me to go from a 70 at the the beginning of the semester to a high A by the end of the semester."
