Geometry Lessons in Luke Air Force Base. Amazing Teachers.

Geometry is a branch of mathematics that studies the sizes, shapes, positions angles and dimensions of things. Flat shapes like squares, circles, and triangles are a part of flat geometry and are called 2D shapes.

I am an MIT tutor specializing in math and science, and I have taught math anywhere between pre-algebra and calculus (including geometry) for 5 years. I have received perfect scores on both SAT Math, ACT Math, and SAT Math Level 2 (SAT Subject Test). I have taken AP Calculus BC while in high school, and I have taken Multivariable Calculus and Differential Equations at MIT, and I actively participated in many math competitions through elementary, middle, and high schools.

Before the lessons, I like to talk with parents, students, and/or teachers to fully gauge what they have been struggling with and how to best help them. Then I identify the student's gap in knowledge while helping them complete their homework and give them additional drilling problems as needed to help them fully master the materials and do well on their tests. I am a math instructor, teaching small classes as well as individual lessons. I received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at the University of Puget Sound in 2016 and am open to all ages and all levels. I would cater lessons to the student's specific goals and strive to help them better understand difficult concepts as well as build a solid foundation for higher level math.
