Overall, very impressed. She is direct and doesn't tell you something you want to hear. Her evaluation process is well rounded and planned. I have been acting live on stage, as well as films, radio for decades. My favorite role was playing the lead male - George Bailey in Its A Wonderful Life. I am also a stage and film director, and love directing actors because I understand their needs. I find that acting on stage of course, requires a slightly different approach than film acting.

An example of helping actors would be when I directed an actress in a play - she had this moment when she had to let out a loud scream. But she just couldn't quite do it in rehearsals. So I had her come an hour early next time (you never want to correct actors in public) and asked her to shout and yell as loud as she could for me. And I told her she needed to hear herself remove all apprehension and think of the worst moment of her life. Well she screamed a blood curdling scream over and over and over. And I knew - she was NOW ready .
