About Tom
Hello everyone, I'm Tom.

I have always loved teaching people things that I enjoy, sharing my experience with others, and helping people realize their own potential.

I am a musician, a martial artist, and a general IT guru.

Music and martial arts runs in my family, and I was raised around them from a very young age.

As a child, I was always fascinated with computers, and had to know everything I could about them.

My teaching style is a bit unorthodox, focusing more on philosophy and personal introspection than traditional "memorize and practice" methods, and is very mind, body, and spirit oriented.

Feel free to ask me questions for more information.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Are looking to increase calm energy? Learn something new? Heal an issue and feel better? Look better?

Hello there. My experience with the QiGong is one of beginning to pass on the great training I have had. Not only in the QiGong. It is the strength and beauty of movement in other martial arts, yoga, nature hikes.

My background with the arts, holistic practitioning, home education based on waldorf model, and even clothing design and making enhance the interaction we have.

Bringing forth from past experiences to you. This movement helps with weight issues, actively helps eliminate back issues, and can help to eliminate other physical issues.

I look forward to working with you. In a way that you can express to me as well any goals further than an authentic QiGong practice to start.

Sincerely,
Janet

About Kris
I'm a pretty laid back easy going guy. If you want to learn a variety of things, check out my subjects and I'd be happy to help you.

I have quite a bit of life knowledge and experience that I'm willing to share. I see myself as more of a tutor, helping students along the path to get better grades and understand their subject material better.

Some things to expect during a lesson: We will go over the material and find any areas you are struggling with. We will hone in on those areas and get to the root of the issue, then build you up so that you have a solid base of understanding and can grow from there.

I hope we can partner to enhance your education and knowledge.

Laura is a very thoughtful teacher and gently guides me along in my learning of ukulele. She is always growing in her own practice and finding new ways to teach. I have learned so much from her and enjoyed it at the same time!!
