I am looking forward to move on with you and / or your kids.
Have a great day,

Update 02/10/15: Takelessons is a great way to teach and a fantastic and easy way to learn for students. I currently have 3 students per week, with several hours. I really enjoy it, either online via Skype or Facetime or Live at the students place. Hit me up and let's move something together.

I did not actually take any lessons with him, but his schedule did not reflect what showed as available in Takelessons. He had a very bad attitude and would not actually schedule the lesson after several exchanges.

I need to improve my spoken German for business and Marcel has been invaluable in helping me improve at a good pace while being incredibly flexible on lesson planning.

I've been working with him for about a month now and I've grown to feel more comfortable speaking with my colleagues who are native German speakers.

If you want a native, professional teacher who can be fun...Marcel is your guy.

As a result of my lesson with Connie, I gained a clear and thorough understanding of the most challenging pattern I am working with. Although I consider myself to have intermediate skills I still needed the assistance of some one far more proficient and Connie is that person. She is a patient, professional and most pleasant woman. I will not hesitate to call for her help again.

About Ellen
Whether you want to begin knitting or crocheting, or already love to, there’s always something new to learn. I love all aspects of knitting and crochet - color, texture, and creation. And I love sharing all this with my students. I personally enjoy the math of it, and can help make it easy if math is not your “thing”.

Would you like to learn basic skills, hone current ones , or enhance your experience with new techniques? If you're in the middle of a project and need help, or have specifice technique(s) you'd like to work on, consider booking a 15 minute class, or a series of them.

Choose from these subjects, or tell me what you’d like to work on:

• Reading the Yarn Ball Band - Why the information on it is helpful and important
• How to use Ravelry - A knitting community full of useful information
• Fiber Math…Yes you can
- How to understand gauge and yarn weights/quantities.
• How to Read and Translate Charts
• Help with a Current Project – Understanding a pattern, technique, or correcting a mistake
• Knitting Lace and Openwork Basics – How to do increases and decreases
• Bead Crochet – Crochet necklaces and bracelets, or embellish knitting or crochet projects with beads.
• Hyperbolic Crochet – For those that love math or want to learn how to crochet curves from a flat surface (think of coral, or the edge of a curly lettuce leaf like kale)
• Your wish list of knitting or crochet skills…

I have been teaching since 2012 and am available to teach lessons online and in NYC. I learned teaching skills from some of the most loved and respected teachers in well-known stores, teaching venues, and events. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals, and have fun while we work together. As an added bonus, I teach both right and left handed as needed. Do you need a time, place, or topic not listed here? Just ask. We can probably work something out.

Enrich your fiber crafting experience. What would you like to learn? Contact me and let’s get started.

Hello! I'm happy to be considered as your future sewing teacher!

A little bit about myself, I started sewing when I was around 8 years old with my grandmother and I've been passionate about it ever since! I've worked for many different sewing companies over the years, doing everything from hemming signs and banners to creating custom corsets. After getting frustrated by the lack of variety in commercial sewing patterns I went and got my degree in Apparel Pattern Design. One thing you'll learn as we get to know each other is that I love costuming of all kinds, particularly historical costuming!

I strongly emphasize machine care and maintenance in my lessons. I've found that a great many of the problems people have when trying to learn to sew can be solved by properly operating and caring for their machines.

Elizabeth helped me re-learn how to sew when she was just a teenager. She's patient and was wonderful at helping me figure out what I may have done wrong when things went weird, and how to prevent it in the future. In just one day, I had an adorable new dress for my daughter.

I am 18 years old, currently working at Parish Summer camp in Dallas, Texas. Then heading to Boston to pursue my Undergraduate degree at Northeastern University.
My plan is to pursue Political Science and Economics as a double major and one day become an exceptional Lawyer.

I spent the last four years teaching origami to kids like you at schools, events and being interviewed for my work. I donate all my proceeds to charitable foundations. last year I invested in Milaap. A microfinancing platform for individuals, I was able to provide 72 people with a new home, better sanitary, electricity for their village and got 10 children from that pool educated. You could be making a difference folding those papers. You're not only bringing your own origami models to life but helping someone in return as well.

I was born in New Jersey and then shi
fted to India. I grew up in a multicultural society and it has shaped me the person I am today. It has given me a strong entrepreneurial work ethic and to always strive for more.

My work may seem simple and supposedly easy, trust me once you fold those triangles I will blow your minds right off

Hey there!
I'm Steven. I've been playing games since I was old enough to hold a controller. Video games are more than a hobby for me, they are my passion. I have experience in every genre of game. Fighting, FPS, MOBA, RTS, you name it, I've played it.
My specialties are as follows, in no particular order:
1. Heroes of the Storm (Diamond every season)
2. Smash Bros. (and most other games like it, such as Brawlhalla for PC, where I have been in the top 10 in the world in ranked)
3. Overwatch (I have played FPS most of my life, including Counter Strike, Halo, etc)
I have a strong belief that when the average skill of video game players increases, it continues to increase because of it. The better everyone is, the better everyone can get. When there is more competition players will be more likely to push themselves and innovate more, makin
g for a better video game experience for everyone.
