Hula hooping is a magical form of movement that is as much fun to learn as it is to watch. It is a great work out and stress relief. I have been studying hoop dance for 6 years and it is by far my favorite thing to do. I love to teach and guide others on their hoop journeys. My students experience immediate results and will build a good platform on which to build their own personal hoop flow.

I'm Heather, a woman who refuses to stop playing, and wants you to do the same! Hooping has given me so much in terms of physical and mental health, and I'm sure it can for you as well!

My number one goal through hoop dance, HoopYogini™ or burlesque, is to make women feel their best. Life is too short for anything else.
