If you've been muddling along with Newton's Laws or electric fields have you hitting your head against the wall, I've got your back! Focused but encouraging, enthusiastic but personable, I've patiently helped my students reach that "light-bulb moment" countless times.

Guiding someone to understanding a concept they struggle with is of course a major part of tutoring, but I'm also really big on coaching students to be methodical and have a system. I am a math and physics tutor with a first class Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Imperial College London. I also took the Part III of the Mathematical Tripos course, which is a world renown graduate course at the University of Cambridge. I will also graduate with a PhD in physics from The University of Texas at San Antonio on May 2020.

My future goal is be be a researcher but I also have a keen interest in helping student from all backgrounds to develop their interest and understanding in the sciences and mathematics. This is why I have decided to also be a tutor. I have 4-5 years of teaching experience from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

I have been tutoring math for about 2 years. I have a specific teaching style with an emphasis on breaking down concepts into simple terms that could be easily absorbed and remembered to ensure that the objective of the lesson is understood. I love answering questions and helping people to understand concepts. Physics can be a very difficult subject to learn. My goal is to help my Student fully understand the concepts. Physics is all around us and is therefore an important topic to understand. I want my students to reach their full potential while having a great time learning!

With about 13 years of experience as a Physics Teacher, one of my passions in life is the opportunity to share knowledge constantly, as well as, to help individuals eager to improve even when some details appear to be insignificant. At the age of 19, I formally started working as a professor of Exact Sciences at the Stephen W. Hawking Institute in Ecuador, my home country.
