About Matthew
Dear Parents and Students,

May I be a personal tutor for you or your child? I have been successfully tutoring for over 12 years. I have great references, and I am one of the top tutors because I am
so easy to work with. I teach in person, or via TakeLessons classroom, telephone, Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, Join.me, Appear.in, Screenhero (remote desktop, screen sharing) interactive whiteboards, as well as email attachments (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.) I graduated with honors, Summa Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University, where I made the Dean's List. In addition to teaching for Cleveland schools, I currently teach 20 private sessions each week, 1st through 12th grade, as well as college students and business professionals. I have also served on the faculty at Cuyahoga Community College.

I am patient, friendly and many students tell me that I explain concepts more effectively than their teachers. I am available weekdays or weekends, days or nights, throughout the entire year. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding my experience and teaching methods. While it should go without saying, I have a clean background that has been verified by the FBI and BCII. Let me know if you would like to set up an introductory lesson to design a customized strategy. There is no obligation to continue unless a customer is 100% satisfied.

1. most diverse subject matter
2. widest student age range
3. farthest geographical regions
4. largest client base
5. most hours taught monthly

Our son's Algebra tests have improved significantly with these tutoring sessions. Matthew did a great job accessing current knowledge level and working to catch our son up on what he did not understand as well as helping prepare for ongoing quizzes and tests. Very pleased and will continue with the tutoring!

Excellent first lesson. Alex learned more in this one lesson than he did in 3 lessons with a different teacher. Thank you.

Matthew is an excellent teacher. He's got the skill and patience to get the material across in a very clear way. I absorbed the material easily even though I was pretty new to this.

I grew up playing club tennis, played 4 years of varsity tennis in high school, was offered college scholarships to play in college, and was an tennis pro at a Swim and Tennis Club in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I understand body mechanics and have experience as an educator. These two attributes, as well as numerous friends who I've helped, make me believe that I can help anyone raise their game to the next level.

About Joshua
I am a tutor who earned a music teaching degree, substitute taught, and didn't become a school teacher. I held professional tech retail jobs and am supplementing my life with my passion - education.

Whatever subject or instrument I teach, I celebrate students' successes; and I enjoy helping learners have new aha moments.

The majority of my students take guitar, bass guitar, or Spanish lessons. I am an educator and help my students learn other skills and knowledge sets too.

I went to Ohio State University for college, earned a BA in Music Education, and graduated Cum Laude. I also spent 4 years in the Ohio State University Marching Band.

Through my healing journey, I've developed patience, insight, and understanding for my students' learning processes.

I'm excited to help you incorporate new skills into your life!

Our son first time playing bassoon. Base on my son experience, he find Joshua to be very nice, patients, and explains a lot of information. It help him understand about the instrument and the sound when he play. He do have a sense of humor which help my son to have fun and be more comfortable. He also teaches other instruments, too. Highly recommended to everyone!!!!

I was stuck in a rut and unsure about how to improve my chess game. After a few lesson with Matt I feel a lot better about where I am at, and have been steadily improving over the last few weeks. Matt was able to figuring out why I was stuck, and what I needed to work on to get my chess abilities to the next level. Would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to improve their game!

I teach people how to string racquets. Racquet sports such as Squash and Tennis are becoming quite popular these days. The demand for stringers have gone up, some tennis shops will pay up to 13 a racquet and it is a great skill to have if you want to make side money fast.

About Zach
The demand for racquet stringers are getting high and If you want to make some side money this is a great way to do it. Also if you are a tennis/squash player and you are tired of paying someone to st
ring your racquets this is an option. I personally made around 4700 in 1 semester of college charging people 25 dollars to string their racquets. (25 was the labor fee it was an extra 10 if you needed strings) I will be bringing my own tools but you will need a table set machine or have your own electric one.
