The bass lessons with Stephen has been great so far. He is very skilled and carries himself in a professional way. He took the time to teach the basic theory of music and bass guitar. He showed our student the easiest and right way to handle the guitar and dos and don'ts. The lessons so far has be great and my student is really enjoying these classes. There are piano teachers and then there is Marye. Marye is a graduate of one of the best music schools in the country. She combines yoga, psychology, singing, and digestible music theory to every lesson. You will stretch, sing, and clap your way to greater piano proficiency. Taking piano lessons from Marye is good for your soul.

“After decades of thinking I'd lost my ability to sing, I learned how to finally sing utilizing my diaphragm while studying with Marye! She helped me locate my vocal range, which was huge, while making it feel so inclusive and safe! The joy of singing has returned to my life through Marye's skilled, sensitive and sweetly cultivated music space.”

I utilize Supersonics Piano and Accelerated Piano Adventures curriculum.

I work with each student to help mold their learning experience specifically to their individual needs. We will typically start with basic music theory and then move to exploring sight-reading, backing tracks and lots of fun piano pieces.

I incorporate a variety of fun rhythm patterns in the left hand to help with learning your scales. You'll also learn chords, arpeggios, sight-reading, improvisation, ear training, and basic music theory.

I will provide written individual feedback after each lesson to help remind the student of what we are working on. I hope to have the chance to share my love of music with you!

About David

I am very passionate about teaching piano. I have a Bachelors's degree in Music from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. I am always studying new methods and doing research to broaden my experience and toolbox to share with you on your journey. Each lesson is tailored to the individual st

I have been teaching beginner and intermediate piano lessons for almost 10 years! In our lessons together, we will focus on technique, music theory, sight reading, and musicality. Whether you are new to playing piano, or have spent a few years getting to know the instrument, I will meet you where you are and work with you to find the best path to piano fluency! I like to work out of Fabor lesson books and supplement them with scale and technique books. Though I favor Faber books, I believe that different methods work for different students and will adjust my approach according to your goals. I look forward to meeting you!

Aloha! I am a student from Hawaii! Wow, my words are not enough to express how awesome Jeremy is as a teacher. What a wonderful person he is, he is so friendly and patient. It is extremely difficult for me to learn anything but he make it super easy. It’s also really cool that he has an online option so I can learn anywhere. I must say, I am very proud of myself and how much I’ve accomplished through his teachings. I highly recommend Jeremy and you will not regret it! Amazing teacher and I am grateful. "Ms Dora is an excellent teacher and you can see how she loves music and singing. She has such patience for the students and works hard through the evenings to study how to help every student achieve all that they can be. Ms Dora will help a student either sing a song you love to their best and play the piano to a song you have wanted to play for a long time. She taught my granddaughter both piano and singing lessons until my granddaughter moved away. I recommend for anyone wanting lessons to do it now before she gets booked."
