Calculus can seem complicated, and as a current college student, I've been there. With 2 years of tutoring experience within my university and 4 years of mentoring experience, I've learned that it's not necessarily that the student cannot comprehend the concepts or the subject is just too hard. Sometimes, there are missing pieces of information from introductory mathematics classes that need a little refresher to get to where we want to be with Calculus. Or maybe, we need a more straightforward method of explaining complex math procedures. I am offering math tutoring, both online and at students' places! I can tutor pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, and calculus and tailor my tutoring to each student's individual needs.

Sometimes calculus looks scary. It usually happens when things that we are doing are too abstract for us. I help by connecting calculus to real life and helping my students to understand why we are solving this problem this way and probably invent their own way to solve problems. It's not only helping to improve the grades but also helps with confidence.
