I am an experienced acoustic guitar teacher with 10+ years of professional career behind me.
I'm looking for eager students of all ages who would like to start learning the basics of acoustic guitar! I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn, while also building a strong foundation of good playing habits (learning the right songs and techniques that you makes you a better musician!). I specialize in rock, funk and pop. I focus on playing by memory but sheet music and cheat sheets are also available upon request. I also have the following tools available to use during lessons: sound recording equipment, sheet music, and more.
Let's grab the guitar and let's start play some songs :)
Hi there and thanks for stopping by. I'm an electric bass player with a history of touring around the world playing rock, funk, and jazz styles. I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music. I am currently teaching and playing music professionally. I have had the opportunity

I believe everyone can and should make music! In our lessons we will focus on different elements of technique and musical expression. For voice, we will discuss and work on elements such as breath, posture, and use specific vocalizes (voice exercises) tailored to each student to challenge their individual range and musical style. Depending on each student’s goals, we will work on a song or songs which could culminate for a recital, audition, or just for fun! I teach beginners all the way through advanced, and am comfortable in a wide range of genres including opera, musical theatre, pop, praise music, jazz, and more. I also am comfortable preparing vocalists for sight singing, ear training, or AP theory music exams. I combine a very specified, hand-crafted, fun approach to helping my students meeting their goals, with warmth, encouragement, and humor. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve what you want!
I am a professional musician currently residing in the Chicago area, attending the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University ('21) where I am receiving my Master of Music. Are you a beginner, intermediate or advanced guitar player interested in learning more chords, notes, strumming patterns, finger picking styles, guitar theory or how to read tab? Do you just want to get better at that acoustic guitar you've had? Or learn a song for a special occasion?
Guitar was the first instrument I gravitated towards and learned 13 years ago, and now my guitar is a must have whether I'm home or on the road. I write a majority of my songs on it & love the unique style of bonding that everyone has in relation to their guitar.
Whether you are planning on leading with it, using it as accompaniment to someone else/yourself, or just want to learn for fun as a hobby, I can teach you all you need to know to meet your guitar goals! If you have any questions, please message me!
Want to learn how to play or sing your favorite song? Are you interested in learning how to write your own songs? Since the start of my teaching career 4 years ago, my lessons have expanded to include guitar, ukulele, bass, piano, drums, singing, and even songwriting! I'm eager to help you find

Have you always wanted to sing but feel stuck? Do you beat yourself up for not sounding like people on the radio? When you try to hit high notes, do you feel like your sound is either strained or breathy, if the note comes out at all? Are you fine singing on your own, but struggle when you try to accompany yourself on an instrument? Do you find yourself choking up in front of an audience or constantly running out of breath? Have you told yourself that some people just have talent, and maybe you just can't sing? *spoiler--not true!*
If this sounds like you, you are not alone! I've been there. I spent years working against my own voice to try and sound like my idols, until I found mentors who helped me learn otherwise. Using my background in classical music, choral singing, and jazz/contemporary training, as well as over 7 years' teaching experience, I will help you work WITH your voice, not against it, to get the sound you want. Together, we will uncover the strengths of your own ...
Hi! I'm Jocelyn - singer, songwriter, pianist, and passionate lover of all things music. In my 20+ years of singing, through many ups and downs, I have learned how important it is to approach singing from a place of self-acceptance, and this has been the foundation of my teaching practice. Over the

I highly recommend Dipankar for chess lessons!"
The end of the game has come. You have successfully out-maneuvered and outfought your opponent, conquering large swaths of the chessboard, and approaching that triumphal moment when you will topple the opponent’s king and declare that he has fallen---in other words, a checkmate (recall that “checkmate” is an anglicization of “shah mat”, Persian for “the king is dead”)… Only to realize that you don’t quite know how to finish the game, which inevitably results in a slapsti …

Interested in trying your hand at jewelry design? Before you begin, consider the following 5 questions, as outlined by Nashville jewelry designer and teacher Warren F... Susan felt very unsure of herself. And unsure of her jewelry. Would people like it? Was the color mix appropriate? Was the construction secure? Was the price smart and fair? She allowed all this uncertainty to affect her design work – she had difficulty finishing pieces she was working on, starting new projects, and getting …

You may have rolled your eyes as soon as you saw this title of this post because it is 2021 and sewing a patchwork quilt is not even on your radar. You may also have immediately relegated this project to your retirement years, when you imagine that you will have endless amounts of time to learn to make a quilt. I bet if there was a fun video on a certain app about a patchwork quilt making challenge, you would have watched it and maybe even attempted it. I will do my best to make this project as …
