Hey there! I'm Lusia, and I'm passionate about making learning an adventure! With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surabaya and an M.A. in Marketing Management from Middlesex University, London, I've spent over 12 years sharing the joy of knowledge.

Whether it's Math, SAT/ACT Prep, Chemistry, ESL, or Phonics, I tailor my teaching to fit each student perfectly. Before we begin, I take the time to understand my students' unique needs, crafting engaging lessons that hit just the right spot. Learning should be fun, and that's why I'm all about fostering a love for learning in every subject, from the ABCs to calculus. 

But it's not just about the subjects. It's about building confidence, encouraging questions, and fostering open communication. I focus on conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and real-world connections to develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills. I tutor because I love the challenge of helping people understand new ideas and enjoy making it fun for them. I also like the flexibility that it gives me to pursue my other interests including filmmaking and surfing.
