About Jessica

Music and the arts have been a large part of my life since I was a child.

I have performed in numerous operas, musicals and plays. Favorite roles include the Witch in Into the Woods, Agathe in Der Freischutz, the Countess in Marriage of Figaro, and Fastrada in Pippin.

I have a degrees in Opera Directing, Vocal Performance and Theatre Arts. I started teaching acting classes in 2001, and have coached voice since 2010. I have studied voice with James Gardner, former head of opera at Julliard School of Music, Matthew Oglesby, vocal area coordinator for the WTAMU School of Music, and Darlene Wiley, head of voice department at Butler School of Music, UT and William Lewis, dramatic tenor with 35 years experience singing at the Metropolitan Opera.

I direct operas, design costumes, teach whenever and whatever I can, and love spending

time with my cat.

About Danial

Hello everyone, my name is Danial Asaria and I am a professional chess player that has traveled across the world playing in tournaments representing the U.S on an international setting. I am a 5-TIME NATIONAL CHAMPION and currently the NUMBER ONE 17-year-old on the west coast of the United States ranked top ten in the nation for my age. In addition, I have played some of the best in the world including former world champion Viswanathan Anand. My USCF rating is 2390 and my FIDE rating is 2340 awarding me the titles of national master and FIDE master. (top 5%) I have taught for two years now in chess camps across the state for kids and adults and currently have regular students online as well. One of my biggest teaching accomplishments is assisting one of my students to go from #117 in the country to #13 in the country (gained 500 rating p

oints) for their age group in a matter of 5 months! After receiving many hours of coaching myself and improving to where I am today, I can guarantee I can help you get to the next level. If you are ready to improve your Chess don’t hesitate to shoot me a message!

My son USCF rating 1400+ took a trial lesson with Danial. Danial is methodical and systematic in his coaching. He was quick to identify what my son needs to improve in order to get to the next level. The most important thing is that my son enjoyed his one-hour lesson and literally felt that the lesson time flew by as it felt like only 2 minutes long to him. My son gives Danial thumbs up and 5 stars.

About Atousa

Becoming the world youth champion at 12 and chess Grand Master at 20, would have never been possible without receiving the best chess lessons from my trainers and coaches. Everyone needs guidance in chess, I’m here to share my knowledge with you.

Despite being a professional chess player since I was 9, I’ve been teaching chess since 2006 and started my own chess school in 2008.

Private Lesson is an excellent way to learn, implement and achieve desired results for ambitious players or children who want to start chess methodically. Also, it helps any chess player to improve his/her proficiency. My students range are from beginner to master level.

About Daniel

I love teaching pool, especially to total beginners. I’ve developed some unique training games that help you make rapid progress while having lots of fun. It’s got to be fun!! For that reason, I’m great teaching groups at parties.

Over a decade ago, I got myself a job as co-editor of what became a big seller in the pool world, Phil Capelle’s “Play Your Best 8-Ball.” In late 2015, the Professional Billiard Instructors Association granted me the rank of Recognized Instructor.

Please note: Lesson prices INCLUDE payment for my "table time." it's not extra; it's included.

I can’t tell you how much how gratifying it is to see students progress rapidly, scoring points, pocketing balls, and having a high quality experience. My students think of me as a very patient teacher, willing to go over things many times. Take a lesson with m

e and you won’t regret it.

My friend and I were just playing a game of 8 ball and Dan suggested a game call loop . We were impressed at how much we learned about the tangent line and how we had to focus at where the ball had to go in order to stay at the table. Dan really improved my game with just 3 hours of lesson today. He also showed us 2 other games and both required us to play differently and it made us focus on cue ball control. I was smiling each time as if I discovered fire. Dan would walk us through why and how. I had a great time If i have time to play again i would call dan no doubt.

About Kathren

I'm a grad student at George Washington University who just moved to the DC area from Chicago, and I'm originally from Texas.

I'm a maker who specializes in sewing but I dabble in many other media. I learned everything I know by choosing a project and learning what I needed to to complete that project in a way that I was satisfied with. I have very high expectations of myself so I'd say I am pretty good at what I do and proud of the work I have done. I've also made a lot of mistakes so I know how to help people work through problems.

I'm a massive nerd who loves helping other nerds realize their nerdy dreams so let me help you!
