Flexibility is crucial for mobility, stress relief, athletic performance, and prevention. Once you start stretching and learning proper alignment you will be pleased those little aches and pains begin to subside. I can help you touch your toes again or for the first time ever! I have experience working with competitive dancers as well as people who have never stretched a day in their life.

I love movement and I love working with clients to lead them through exercise that feels good for their body and expands their quality of life. From a young age I have been interested in exercise and I can see now how it has reflected in my work as an adult. Currently I work with my private clientele online and in Los Angeles and film workout videos for my Youtube Channel Pilates On Demand. I love travel, hiking, running, peanut butter, and being a big sister! If I have one goal in my professional life it would be to inspire active living by guiding people to see the journey can be enjoyable with the right amount of creativity. With my private clients my process is to address the whole person physically, mentally and emotionally. It is all connected. The results rest between the connection of mind and body. I completed my 450 hour pilates certification in 2017, followed by my 200 Hour Registered Yoga Training in 2019, and now I am working on my 500 RYT. In early 2023 I traveled to Goa, India to continue with my Advanced Yoga Teacher training certification where I studied with Joan Hyman. For Dance - Lindsay teaches ballet. Please inquire about rates for semi privates, group, and corporate training. In studio lessons are available as well inquire for details.

My daughter has only had her first lesson with Lindsay but we were both impressed with her. She is friendly and was able to make the exercises very tailored to her specific needs and goals. We are looking forward to continuing to work with her.

Lindsay has been an amazing yoga/ballet instructor for me. I started taking beginners ballet lessons with her in June of 2019 and she was so patient with me. I later on decided to take yoga with her a couple months later and she is just nothing short of awesome! She is very well spoken during yoga and really knows what she’s doing. She always accommodates with my needs and makes sure I’m comfortable with whatever we’re practicing for that day. For example she’ll ask how I’m doing that day and if I say I’m feeling anxious, we’ll do a relaxing and calming session, or we might do something more physical and energetic if I need to get hyper and start my day energized. She has obviously had a lot of experience in this field and it really does show. I’m super glad I chose lindsay to be my instructor and would never consider going with anyone else.
