I've had several piano teachers over the years. Isaiah is by far the best. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable.
Erik H.
For someone who has never taken a private music lesson before I able to relax and begin learning about music literacy and music theory by Isaiah's ability to express and articulate the fundamentals of guitar in a simplified way. It was rewarding to leave the lesson with new techniques to practice and have fun with.

Jennifer is great with my high-energy seven-year-old. She's very patient and she is able to make him engage. She also takes the skills he's learned in his music class in school, and builds his skills lessons around his abilities. Finally, she gives homework in a notebook that is clear and measurable, so he knows exactly what to do on his own throughout the week.

Phil is a consummate musician and is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He helped me to arrange several songs and encouraged me to write my own arrangements, as that really helps one better understand the instrument. I loved our lessons on learning all the scales and modes, too.

Phillips teaching is very low key and suttle but very effective. I am astounded at how much he has taught me in a few weeks.
Max

Can't say enough good things about James Moore as a voice teacher. He has helped me so much!! He is kind and patient and always knows what to say to help you understand how to sing. He is very knowledgeable about vocal technique and very quickly diagnosed the areas where I needed the most work. He helped me with voice placement as well as breathing the proper way to support my tone. Getting over my break was always a challenge, but Jim knew exactly how to get me to understand the concept and showed me just how to work through that difficulty. I highly recommend anyone, regardless of the style of music you want to sing, to take lessons from Jim. You will get control of your voice. You do have to practice though :)"

Dr. James Moore is a true professional with a wealth of experience in vocal performance and coaching. Above all, he genuinely cares for each student and has a magnificent sense humor to put students at ease to experience the joy of singing! Highly recommend!!!

His mastery of the technical aspects of the voice, warm style, passion, and ability to draw expression out of his pupils has had a major impact on my life and career. He's guided me in classical singing, sacred music, oratorio, opera as well as musical theatre. I couldn't possibly recommend him highly enough. He really is a 1 in a million talent.
