Having spent a lifetime on the stage in many roles, many capacities, I have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to all facets of performing; be it theater, television, film. While not subscribing to one particular "method", I stress "reacting, not acting", and believability of performance. All ages and experience levels have benefited from my approach. Whether a student is an aspiring actor, or a working actor sharpening their skills or prepping for an audition, I provide a solid foundation and practical knowledge and guidance.

About Glenn

I have been active in the entertainment industry since the age of 12, when I gave my first professional performance. Prior to that I was already being introduced to music with years of guitar, and then vocal instruction. I do not remember a time of my life when I was not singing somewhere; in the ho

Rene is incredibly knowledgeable but that doesn’t prevent him from breaking down the basics to help me as a beginning singer.

He’s very informative, explaining the why and the how, and doing so in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s helping me establish the foundations of musicality while working on the physicality of developing my muscles, mind and body, to be successful with this new skill.

Aside from the art/skill of singing, Rene has been patient and flexible with my nomadic lifestyle, which can be susceptible to weather, connectivity, and a myriad of other disruptions. I don’t wish him another student in my circumstances, but he’s been willing to work with mine!

Rene is a great guitar player and a great teacher! He has an incredible ability of assessing where you are currently at in your guitar journey and using that’s information to determine what lessons/knowledge you need in order to achieve your music goals.

Just wanted to update my review as I've continued working with Kay. She's wonderful! I've been super impressed with her ability to teach to adult beginners. She is very knowledgeable and I have a lot of trust in how she safely guides me through lessons. Additionally, she is excellent at communicating and teaching the nuances of each move and combination. I'm learning so much and having a blast. I would absolutely recommend Kay to my friends and family!

Kay made me feel very comfortable and I really enjoyed my first class. She's a great instructor; I'm really looking forward to my future lessons.

My 7 year old boy did online hip hop lessons with Miss Kay, she was WONDERFUL! She was kind and encouraging and my son grew in confidence and his love of dance from her encouragement and instruction. He looked forward to these classes all week, he screamed, "that was soo much fun!" frequently when we signed off. She even educated him on the four styles of hip hop and now he is eager to learn a little bit of each of them. Couldn't recommend Kay more highly. Such an all around kind and genuine person and positive influence in my son's life each week. Grateful for her.

For the beginner, I will break music therory down into easy to understand segments so that it will not be as overwhelming to someone who’s never learnt music theory before. For those who have learnt music theory before but need a refresher, I will make sure there are no gaps in their knowledge and go from there.

Amazing teacher! I feel very self-conscious about singing (or performing of any kind, really), but Chau is so supportive, encouraging and non-judgmental. She gives excellent feedback and tailors her lessons to your level, with just the right amount of difficulty to keep things challenging but not so much that you feel frustrated and overwhelmed. I can't recommend her enough :)

A phone call we had beforehand showed me she knew what she was talking about when we were discussing vocal goals. Kandyce is very honest and clear with her instructions and has a very welcoming and kind nature about her.
