According to research conducted at the University of Frankfurt, singing boosts the immune system. The study included testing profesional choir members’ blood before and after an hour-long rehearsal singing Mozart’s “Requiem”. The researchers noticed that in most cases, the amount of proteins in the immune system that function as antibodies, known as Immunoglobulin A, were significantly higher immediately after the rehearsal. The same increases were not observed after the choir members passively listened to music.

This is a great and informative blog. We are known that Singing can have some physical benefits. Singing can help increase lung capacity and decrease stress. When you sing, musical vibrations move through you, fixing your physical and emotional landscape. I have been learned from Dubai Performing Arts Academy. As a very good singer I like to analize the audience and pick a song that I believe most of the audience will enjoy! Content varies depending on the audience. My goal is to get people to stop what they are doing and want to listen to me! Yes...legend in my own mind! Appropriate or not...it is always fun!

I LOVE singing! I studied music to go further. I was especially graced with a fantastic singing teacher that was encouraging, especially in a group environment, highlighting that we are each individual and can support each other! From that background, I have performed (I LOVE performing; always have with a dancing background), I have taught lessons (from as young As 6 years to 64 years of age - which means really nothing, in terms of who can do what?!) but also, in a recording environment (which is so unnatural and, at times, uncomfortable )... music IS! Singing IS! Much like life IS! There is no race, competition or pre-requisite. Music is to be enjoyed whether you are a beginner or advancing. Everyone can connect with music, whether performing, playing or listening, but what is real and prevalent is that music IS. Let us all enjoy (in our own way) without any right or wrong mindset. Peace! Love also IS ❤️

This is very good for my assignment I'm working on. I would like to be a singer when I grow up and I sing whenever I can so this interests me a lot! There should be more websites like this. I never knew that singing can help me sleep! I have a hard time sleeping even without the snoring.
