Hi, there! My name is Wren and I'm so happy you are checking out my profile! I've been teaching Zumba since 2010 and have loved helping people discover how FUN this type of exercise can be. Dancing makes people happy! Zumba doesn't even feel like exercise because it is so enjoyable, but it is one of the best ways to achieve fitness as it works the body from head to toe. You can increase coordination, lose weight, get toned, improve your mood and balance, improve brain health, etc. The benefits are endless!
I am an easy going person who loves to share my passion for dancing. I can work with you one on one, going at your pace, showing you the various styles of Zumba, and help you find the ones you like the most. We can walk thru the steps without the music if you like, until you feel completely comfortable with all of the moves. Then crank up the music and go at it! Soon you will be smiling and glowing with the happiness that is Zumba.
