Valentyna’s love for movement was developed in childhood when she started dance classes. Dancing encouraged her to start yoga practice in 2013 by watching videos online. Valentyna started taking public yoga classes when she moved from Ukraine to the USA. In 2017 she became a 200 hours certified yoga instructor through Laura Tyree, Doug Keller and “Dragonfly Yoga Studies”. In 2019 she continued her education by taking 300 hour teacher training course “The Art Of Effective Teaching”, hosted by Melissa Shalongo and other teachers from across the country.( Dr. Ariele Foster - Yoga and Physical Therapy, Trina Altman-Yoga and Pilates , Melissa Shalongo - FUNctional Yoga) Valentyna brings variability in movements, encourages self-discovery and exploration.
