Hi! Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile. Here is a little bit of my journey in the yoga chapter of my life. Yoga has always been a passion of mine. I would go to classes with my mom when I was in middle school and can still recall the first time I ever felt so relaxed and calmed come the very end of my first ever yoga class. It was a bond that I felt from within; an experience that can’t be purchased or googled or traded. The freedom that we all feel at the end of a yoga class is so divine and is why we keep dedicating the time to give ourselves that love and devotion. I then would practice throughout highschool at different gyms. In college I would venture to different studios and parks to practice this love of mine. It wasn’t until my last semester of college that I began teaching and quickly discovered my love for helping others be their #1 fan on and off of the mat. In this day and age it is so easy to compare ourselves to items that we see and too easy to forget how important we are. What makes us different makes us beautiful. My classes are crafted around finding your own edge and doing so with an open heart and a smile on your face. I hope to see you soon! Namas-tay :-)
