A California transplant from Texas and full-time molecular scientist, I began my personal yoga practice and it wasn’t long after that I enrolled in 200-RYTT. Having been very active as a runner, tennis player, and in strength training for years, I stepped into my first class with the sole goal of added flexibility. What I didn’t expect was the deep sense of calm, inner peace, and mental stability that resulted in addition to the physical. I was hooked. My love for asana and philosophy jump-started a deeply personal transformation that keeps me committed to my journey; living out my yoga on and off the mat physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I adore new students and introducing them to yoga. I strive to guide students in equal balance of rhythmic vinyasa flow and restorative, always emphasizing fun and progress over perfection.
I taught Beginning Flow Yoga Level 1-1.5. I guided new and existing yoga practitioners through the basic postures of yoga with emphasis of safety, alignment, and breath work. Utilizing vinyasa principles, one breath to one movement, I created a moving meditative experience. I also enlisted the use of modification props and hands-on adjustments. Students left my class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and it was always the highlight of my week to teach!

· Yoga · In studio I've been practicing yoga for a long time and I am pretty picky when it comes to instructors. That said, I love practicing with Stacey. She's full of confidence and both ease and enthusiasm, and makes the room feel safe and welcome. Stacey provides sound instruction for beginners and veterans alike, which is exactly the kind of class I like to be in: challenging but not too challenging where it becomes less about yoga and more about "getting through." Her classes leave me feeling energized, grounded, and happy.
· · Stacy AMAZING. I had the privilege of taking teacher training along side her and bore witness to the wonderment of her evolution from yoga novice to the talented, passionate, knowledgeable, heart-felt instructor she is today. Did I mention she's amazing? She is a muse, an inspiration to everyone who touches her path; divine femininity incarnate. She does the seeming impossible in a single class session but what's more impressive than her incredible qualifications and the work of her hands is who she is, she carries herself with humble grace and a commanding prowess. She is one of my dearest friends in life and respected colleague and fellow instructor in my industry. If you're thinking about taking her class, stop thinking and just go. If you regret it, I'll pay your drop in fee ;)
· Yoga · In studio Stacey was my very first yoga instructor, and warmly welcomed me into a practice that would inspire and change my life. Her graciousness, glowing energy, beautiful positivity and loving spirit affected my life in ways I'll never be able to express.
In addition to being a wonderful, kind instructor, she's also quite effective, and helped challenge my strength and what I thought I was capable of. She was the first instructor to help me feel strong and empowered, and always gave positive adjustments and feedback.
· Yoga · In studio Stacey changed my life via yoga because she introduced me to a practice that I have kept coming back for.
