With over 20 years of teaching experience at all levels of education (elementary, middle, and high), in person and online, and over 10 years of coaching both field hockey and basketball. I am eager to try a new platform to share my skills with others. I love all things health related, sports related, and anything that adds to your enjoyment in life. Summer is a great time to learn a new sport, get serious about your health, and try new and exciting things you never thought possible. I am a vegetarian of over 20 years, and have developed a lifestyle of eating healthy and exercising to live without any health related problems because of it.
