My name is Shameka Fluellen. I have been dancing (Hip-Hop) since I was seven years old. I transitioned to college where I found my love for twerking and realized how intense of a workout it was! I then moved to Atlanta, Ga in 2011 where I started teaching heeled workout classes and then twerk fitness in 2016. I would love to host a party for you and teach you everything I know about twerk fitness and show you an amazing time with your group of friends or family.
